Feel happy, because I am optimistic and most of the time happy; feel something in my heart that I could not say and do not know what to say; try to "kill" my sensitive nerves, try to be "plain" at least for a while... It is such complicated feelings, making me a little restless. Mixed feelings, beautiful life, Peaceful desires, uneasy heart, and lovely soul!

Why I am happy?

1. Feel satisfied because so many nice people around me and love me as always.

2. Life is beautiful, have sweet dreams...

3. Travel plans:)

 

Why I am restless?

1. Worried about a dear friend, my buddy who loves sailing; did not hear from him for a while. Yes, it really bothers me a lot.

2. Time to make a decision which makes me nerverous.

Went skiing tonight at Cypress. Snow at the easy chair was fine, temperature was just right. Had a run at Sunrise, which was also good enough, just a little windy and cold. Midway was so icy, my last run there was Rock & Roll. Just before heading back, it was snowing, looking up, the snow flakes was so pretty, dancing and dancing, from the heaven to my face. Love to watch the snow falling down; Every time I looking up the sky, I am amazed and taken away by the falling flakes for no reason.  

 

Went for dinner after skiing at a Japanese restaurant and had some green tea cake for deserts. It is great to have friends around in a evening like this!

My birthday, Dec. 13th:) Was wondering who will be the first one to say "Happy birthday" to me TODAY. A couple of friends gave me their wish  a few days ago, Was happy about that. It is a such nice thing that some still remember this day, although this day is not that special, it shows I am remembered, hehe.

 

Got a few messages, this early morning, and a few phone calls......special persons to me, then and now...

 

Today starting with a hot tub (I Know it is a little weird to have one in the very early morning), Followed by a special traditional Chinese breakfast out:) Then Friend wanted to meet for lunch, but I could not go because I have an important meeting afternoon. Then plan to go skiing tonight with friends, then a small party:)

 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!

I have been shopping recently for friends and family, which is so fun! Wrote cards then sent them out yesterday. Shopping last week, also last night, my feet were complaining and of course got a hot tub soothing comport. Wrapped some gifts, which also is fun! Love the feelings to shop for people I like and wrap them. Hope they like those things I chose and clearly know even though they are not really "in love" with the gifts, they will be happy. Feel satisfied to make friends happy.

 

The satisfaction makes me feel good. Haha...

Friend brought some timbits last night which made my day. After dinner, even before that, we had a few bites:) Like sweet things, my taste bud is probably used to the sweet thing especially after dinner. Haha...

"Sometimes the greatest journey is the distance between two people" Love this, and worship the person who first said this!

No matter you are a woman or man, no matter you like woman or man, never hurt someone who wants to have a baby with you, who always likes to caraess your hair and face, who holds your face when kissing you, who holds you tight when sleeping, who remembers to cover you in a cold winter night, who wants to watch you asleep, who holds your hand telling you "I love you" and watching into your eyes!

Sunday, Robson square, Christmas in the city! Beautiful songs and nice people around:) Free hot chocolate and Popcorn. I got my own hot chocolate at the Starbucks, like always; but waited to get some popcorn. A few kids were waiting too, of course they were served first, then an old lady, then my neice, then me. Another kid came after, I took my popcorn and felt a little guilty and teasing with my friend, feel like stealing the popcorn from the kids:)

 

Friend did not get any, I share mine because did not want to be the only one who stole the popcorn. Evil, huh?

How people connect with each other? For some one, You feel you can not stand talking with him for a minute; for some one, you feel this life time is not even enough to spend with him together. It is really strange! In Chinese, we call it "YUAN FEN", which explains why you love someone so much, why you love so much to talk, to see and to spend time with him, in a superstitious way, when you can not tell why in a normal way:)

Snow is the only thing I like about winter! Remember that when I am still in my hometown, after snowing, the bright beautiful universityyard, in the moonlight. Like stepping on the snow, like walking on the falling leaves. Being away so many years from motherland, still like the snow, and it is the only thing I like about winter. I am afraid of the cold weather, hot summer is fine, but not cold long winter!

 

It was snowing last a couple of days, then it is finally getting clear. The snow was removed from the street, and could see the blue sky! The first day skiing this winter, the snow condition is fabulous on the mountain! unlimited visibility, blue sky, beautiful ocean, great mountain!
